• Please ring or text the clinic when you arrive at the car park for your appointment. You will then need to wait for us to send you a text to let you know when it's safe for you to make your way over to the clinic. It's important that you do this as we are operating a one in, one out policy and our waiting room will be closed.

• For this reason, we will also not be able to let you into clinic if you arrive late/early for your appointment as we do not have an area for you to safely wait.​​

​

• Please arrive alone for your appointment as we are unable to accommodate friends, family or children safely. If two of you have an appointment together, Rosi will advise you when you ring/text the clinic from the car park.​​​

​

• When you arrive at the clinic, Rosi will buzz you in as normal. Make your way up and Rosi will meet you and take you straight into Amanda's room.​​

​

• If you have a mask, please wear it. If not, we will provide one for you.

​

• If you are having an upper face treatment- such as Botox- you will keep the mask on throughout the treatment.​​

​

• Amanda will carry out the treatment you are having in a safe way as she always does. Nothing will be rushed and it is important that despite these necessary precautions that we ensure we are delivering a good treatment for you. However the current advice is to keep appointment times down and not to spend too long chatting!

• The appointments have been spaced out in such a way to make sure there is enough time to thoroughly clean all surfaces in between treatments and also to make sure only one person is in attendance in the clinic at any one time.
