How To Get Rid Of Jowls

Jawlines and jowls are the devil when it comes to ageing. Not only are they the first to jump ship and head down south, but they’re also notoriously difficult to treat without invasive surgery.

I guess it’s a good job we’ve got a neat little trick to solve this problem for you then, huh?!

We don’t like to brag, but we’ve had some pretty awesome results with this treatment and it’s a real alternative to surgery.

As we age, we start to lose volume which leaves us with sagging skin which causes the jowls to descend towards our toes (not where we want them to be going!)Amanda uses dermal filler to add the lost volume back into the jawline which, in turn, tightens the jawline and helps correct the sagging skin.

Our favourite filler to use for this is called Radiesse. This filler gives you slightly more than a traditional filler at 1.5ml per syringe and can last up to 2 years.

Like all the other fillers we use, Radiesse contains Lidocaine which is a numbing agent making it as comfortable as possible for you. We’re also partial to an ice pack and a stress ball if needed!

There is minimal downtime with this treatment and the whole appointment, including consultation, will take around an hour.

This is quite a skilled treatment which not many clinics offer. Luckily for us (and you!) Amanda is a dab hand at this one and her results speak for themselves.
